Liam Kelly

Head of Development

Liam helps shape Ambature’s overall business strategy. He grows and coordinates Ambature’s ecosystem of governments, research institutions, and commercialization partners to achieve strategic goals. He serves as a bridge between technical and nontechnical stakeholders and represents Ambature to external and prospective partners.

Liam has a diverse background of work experience through the University of Waterloo’s renowned co-op program, a startup he co-founded after university to reduce return rates and improve customer experiences in the apparel industry, and software development projects for a private investment fund. His work with Ambature has evolved over the past several years, taking on more external-facing responsibilities as the company moves to commercialize its technology.

Liam has a BASc in Management Engineering from the University of Waterloo, combining the fields of mathematical optimization and information systems under the umbrella of process improvement for improved organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
