Adam Kablanian

Adam is the CEO of CYNORA, an emerging materials leader in the global information display industry. The company has pioneered a unique technology to produce ultra-high-efficiency emitter systems required for next-generation Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED) displays.

Before CYNORA, Adam was the Chairman and CEO of PlasmaSi, which developed a break-through, very low temperature Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Depositions (PECVD) System that produces ultra-thin and flexible barrier films (which are particularly well-suited for next-generation OLED displays. He also served on the boards of Ambature and Cortex MCP, a startup company developing a new foundational platform for the future of Mobile Commerce. Most recently, he was the CEO of Memoir Systems, a venture backed memory IP Company.

Prior to Memoir Systems, Adam was the co-founder and CEO of iCON Communications, a premier broadband Internet Service Provider (ISP) in Armenia utilizing state of the art WiMAX technology. He sold the company in 2009.

Additionally, Adam was Chairman (until March 2008) and CEO (until March 2007) of Virage Logic, a company which he co-founded in 1996 and subsequently took public on NASDAQ (VIRL). Adam has also served on numerous boards in the EDA Industry (Sequence Design) and Application SW (IconApps) companies.

Mr. Kablanian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics from the University of California at Berkeley, a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University, and an Executive MBA program from Stanford University.
